150 for 150
Celebrating 150 years of Windsor Methodist Church
On 21 February 1877, worship began at Windsor Methodist Church at the crossroads of Alma Road and Clarence Road. A hundred and fifty years later, we're still here, and we want to mark this anniversary by doing something rather than just remembering something.
Over the coming Connexional year, from September 2026, we're aiming for 150 acts of kindness: volunteered hours, small kindnesses, big community projects, quiet ones nobody sees. Every act matters, whether it's an hour spent with Windsor Foodshare or checking in on a neighbour. We’re collecting stories of the acts of kindness of our church and local community this year - why not share your stories of kindness using the form below?
