Activities

There’s a lot happening here - some of the many groups and activities we’re involved with include:

  • Action for Children

    Founded in 1869, Action for Children supports vulnerable UK youth; Windsor Methodist Church helps fund its work.

  • All We Can

    All We Can partners globally across Asia, Africa and the UK, focusing on relief, development, advocacy and empowering local churches.

  • Bible Study

    Our Bible study group meets regularly and all are welcome. Check the Diary page for the next date and time.

  • Born In Song Music Academy

    Every Saturday in term-time, BISMA inspires 11–18 year-olds to grow as musicians, songwriters and worship leaders - enriching Methodist worship.

  • Brownies

    We host an active Brownies group, which includes several of the girls from our Sunday School as well as others in our local community.

  • Café Church

    9am breakfast service on the first Sunday of the month with Bible study, news discussion and creative activities in an intimate gathering.

  • Choir

    Our choir leads worship in our traditional Christmas service and joins with other churches in the circuit and local area. Check the church diary to join the next choir practice.

  • Christian Aid

    Since 1945, Christian Aid has tackled poverty’s roots and impacts. We support their mission through our outreach.

  • Churches Together in Windsor

    As part of Churches Together in Windsor, we unite in worship, service and community support, including Street Angels and Food Share.

  • Flower Arranging

    Our talented flower arrangers beautify our services, festivals and special occasions - even hosting celebrated flower festivals with stunning themed displays.

  • Geese

    Bible Study for our circuit teens over food. All 11-19 year olds welcome.

  • Harvest Festival

    Every September, we collect gifts, donate non-perishables locally and share a supper or soup-and-roll lunch.

  • JMA

    Our young people raise funds for JMA (Junior Mission for All), supporting global and local mission work while learning practical, compassionate Christianity.

  • Martha's Table

    At the end of each school term, our church supports 10 local families in need with a bag of groceries, a food voucher and a recipe card.

  • Messy Church

    Every two months on a Saturday afternoon: crafts, play, short talk, songs and a family meal. Donations optional, children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Outreach

    Our Outreach Committee drives local and global support through fundraising, community partnerships, and church-hosted events, raising over £15,000 recently.

  • Pastoral Care

    We offer pastoral care through groups and visitors, providing support and home visits for those in need or with limited mobility.

  • Prayer Group

    Prayer is central to our church life. Our prayer group meets every other Wednesday at 1pm, supporting individuals, our community and the world in prayer.

  • Sunday School

    Our Sunday School in the morning service offers classes, crafts, drama, and music for ages 3–16, with trained teachers and a welcoming environment.

  • Toddlers Group

    On Thursdays from 9:15am to 11:15am, our toddlers group welcomes families for play, songs, refreshments and a warm, friendly environment. There is a small charge of £3 per family per session.

  • Toy Service

    Each Advent we hold a toy service, donating gifts to the Salvation Army for children in need at Christmas.

  • Van with a Plan Project

    Touring the Thames Valley circuit, our van is fully equipped with Lego for the kids and coffee for the adults! Join us and relax while the kids have fun.

  • Whitechapel Mission

    We support the Whitechapel Mission with donations, aiding London’s homeless through food, essentials, practical support and life-skills training.

  • Youth Club

    Food, games and fun for 11-19 year olds.
